Sharaye Hood is owner and primary consultant/coordinator of What A Wedding! She has always had a passion and skill for planning, creativity, and design. It was in planning successful weddings, parties and events for families that she realized her true calling. So, after interning as a wedding coordinator's assistant, it wasn't long before Sharaye combined her skills & training to achieve her goal ... the founding of What A Wedding!

Sharaye's energy, attention to detail and ability to remain composed in stressful situations serves as a benefit to her work as a coordinator. She is dedicated to making sure that her clients feel as special as the day they are celebrating. Sharaye is a graduate of San Diego State University and an active member of the Association of Bridal Consultants. She continues to sharpen her skills by attending wedding-related trainings and education courses. This allows her to provide excellent service to her clients on one of the most important days of their lives.
