Upon entering the room, your eye is immediately drawn to the magnificent view overlooking the golf course and the mountains. As you gather your senses, take in the ornate chandeliers and crown moldings, creating a timeless atmosphere of elegance. Picturesque windows along the back walls and a skylight above the stairway make this not your typical indoor reception hall. Lots of natural light makes the room beautiful and open. This spacious room can accommodate up to 200 guests with a dance floor, or 220 without.

At the Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club, we offer three standard packages to include everything you will need on your special day, even your wedding cake! We understand that every bride has individual desires for her wedding ceremony and reception, and we can customize each package to make your day perfect. All prices are per person and do not include tax or service charge. With your wedding packages, you also receive the advice of our talented wedding coordinator. She will guide you through the planning process, working with you to customize the perfect package around your individual wedding needs. On your special day, there will be no need to worry, as our wedding coordinator will be onsite to oversee that everything runs smoothly. Also included in our packages is our bridal lounge, a cozy setting for you and your bridesmaids to prepare yourselves onsite for your wedding. With comfortable couches and large mirrors, getting ready at the Country Club can be a relaxing and easy beginning to your wedding day.

The Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club provides our own catering services, offering delicious entrees and appetizers prepared by our talented and creative kitchen staff. Options of an elegant served meal, or a more casual buffet provide something for everyone. We do allow outside catering for special ethnic and religious foods. Our service staff is careful and attentive, ensuring that your guests will feel taken care of.
