We specialize in the planning of Weddings, Receptions, Anniversaries, Retirements, Birthday Celebrations, as well as Tournament events. Our Special Events Director can provide assistance in planning your event, from preparing a customized menu to recommending specialty vendors.

As your guests arrive at Carlton Oaks they will notice the seclusion our site has to offer with mature sycamore trees, meandering creeks, and majestic lakes. All located on a spectacular 7225 yard Championship golf course.

The Crest Room features a large dance floor, complete bar (with bartender provided for you), and a beautiful view of the golf course. The room opens out to the very large Crest Patio, which offers additional seating. The rental of the room includes large round tables for seating of 8 to 10 people, chairs, floor length linens, napkin color choice, head table(traditional long), or sweethearts table, Cake cutting set up and clean up, Champagne toast and bartender.

You also have the choice of an outdoor reception and/or ceremony. The outdoor set up can accommodate 300 guests and is a beautiful setting for memorable pictures.

Carlton Oaks is a full service facility, no outside catering permitted.
